Wishing All Yogis around the world a Light filled International day of yoga on this most auspicious Solstice day.
May we always recognise the Interconnection of Everything.

I did a wonderful practice with the birds and the sunrise in my garden this morning, it was so peaceful , feeling so very close to nature, the Divine Mother. The Energy of the Earth, the connection of the breath and the connection to all the other yogis practising on this day.

To celebrate International day of yoga, our annual charity event , to raise money for MIND, was a huge success despite the rain, we had a full contingent of yogis, to celebrate the power of Mantra and the power of cake!!!

I want to thank everyone involved , especially all the helpers, couldn’t do it on my own!

We raised a whopping £1,934, so with gift aid this came to £1,962.75 !!!!!!!

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

THE HEALING POWER OF YOGA.

A fantastic turnout, thank you to everyone who contributed with cakes, helping hands, online donations and turning out on a very rainy afternoon!

All of the donations goes to MIND, supporting people through life with mental health issues. Will will update you later with the grand total.

Let our yoga practice always remind us to look within, to discover our own inner stillness.
