After 14 years of study, teaching, listening and observing, I have created specialist workshop sessions to help people connect back to themselves.

These workshops explore the deep-rooted philosophy of yoga allowing attendees to simplify, understand and re-connect. The teachings are utterly relevant in these modern times of distraction and disconnection.

These 2 hour workshops are designed for all; whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or a curious beginner. My aim is to hold a safe and welcoming space for people to connect.

Yoga creates inner strength and focus, so whatever issues are causing disharmony in your life, you can learn to heal yourself through simple body movements, deep breathing and meditation.
