After 18 years of study, teaching, listening and observing, I have created specialist workshop sessions to help people connect back to themselves.

These workshops explore the deep-rooted philosophy of yoga allowing attendees to simplify, understand and re-connect. The teachings are utterly relevant in these modern times of distraction and disconnection.

These 2 hour workshops are designed for all; whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or a curious beginner. My aim is to hold a safe and welcoming space for people to connect.

Yoga creates inner strength and focus, so whatever issues are causing disharmony in your life, you can learn to heal yourself through simple body movements, deep breathing and meditation.

In this workshop you will learn to use yoga and deep breathing to ease physical and emotional symptoms, there will be a focus on strengthening, core awareness and pelvic floor practises. A holistic Approach to Menopause can give you the necessary skills and exercises to feel energised and empowered. Stepping into a new phase of life, finding freedom to be your truest self.

In this workshop you will learn to use yoga and deep breathing to ease physical and emotional symptoms, there will be a focus on strengthening, core awareness and pelvic floor practises. I will be joining Leila Holmes, (PHYSIO ADVANTAGE) to deliver a comprehensive workshop. Leila will be focusing on strengthening exercises and pelvic floor, whilst I will be focusing on the emotional and spiritual aspects of the menopause journey.
