My Name is Jane Bishop, I have created Savitri Yoga after 31 years of practice and 21 years of teaching in Bromsgrove. I am a passionate yogini and live my life mindfully, with light in my heart.
My approach is therapeutic, encouraging exploration of movement through breath awareness. I offer classes to suit all levels and abilities and also specialise in antenatal yoga. Healing Hatha Yoga is transformative; it is the catalyst that allows us to grow in whatever way is most nurturing for us, always focusing on deep emotional healing from within.

We are in our mid-60s and joined Jane’s classes more than three years ago. Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch and blow away the cobwebs. Jane has shown us how to do the movements using our breathing and this leads to a much more profound experience along with wonderful relaxation.
