Announcing the End of an Era: A New Chapter Begins
From October 2024 I will NO LONGER BE RUNNING WEEKLY ANTE NATAL YOGA SESSIONS, I have made the decision after deep thought and I want to end on a high when the time is right. My time with these classes has come to a natural end after 18 years, it is time for me to create space in my life for other classes I wish to pursue.
I shall however, on request, still teach ONE TO ONE ANTE NATAL SESSIONS, particularly for returning students, such as refresher sessions and birth preparation.
I am still overjoyed every time I meet one of my previous Mums out and about and their various yoga babies, there are approximately about 800 in the Bromsgrove area, so difficult not to!!
The space created is going to be filled by a NEW AND EXCITING CLASS called THE HEALING HOUR, a space for meditation, renewal and deep healing.
