Due to popular demand I am adding a new daytime class to the schedule at the Wishing Well from 10:00am to 11:30am each Tuesday. So another opportunity in your week to reconnect back to yourself and discover the joy of a yoga practice. Letting the movements and deep breath awareness, bring clarity and focus in to to your life! 

December 2018, annual Christmas curry outing to Mendhis vegetarian restaurant. Everyone made a fantastic effort to dress up and wonderful way to celebrate the real union of our class and all the wonderful yoga we have shared over the year! Thank you everyone for your continued support, it is a joy to teach this class!
