Leila and I will be combining our skills to lead you through a series of exercises and supportive yoga practises, looking at a range of issues relating to the menopause and how our yoga practise, together with expert knowledge of the correct exercises can lead you to happier, healthier menopause transition.
There will also be a focus on the spiritual transition of this amazing phase of life.
